These terms explain how Solar Panels Moray (part of Scottish Energy Efficiency) arranges solar PV, battery storage and EV charger installations through MCS-certified partners. By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Solar Panels Moray is the Moray arm of Scottish Energy Efficiency. Our main office is at Unit 3 Prospect III, Prospect Business Centre, Dundee DD2 1TY. We are a referral and arrangement service — we do not install solar, battery or EV charger systems ourselves. All installations are carried out by our MCS-certified partner installers.
What we do
We arrange solar, battery storage and EV charger installations by connecting you with MCS-certified partner installers. We handle the initial enquiry, survey arrangement, system design and installation scheduling. We do not carry out the physical installation ourselves — our partners do, under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme.
No-obligation quotes
All quotes provided through this website are no-obligation. You are not committed to proceed at any stage until you explicitly agree to an installation. Surveys are also no-obligation. If you decide not to proceed after receiving a quote, you are under no commitment.
Finance
Finance available, subject to status. Credit at 0% interest up to £30,000 is available for eligible applicants. For businesses, 0% interest finance is available, subject to status. For farms, up to £30,000 at 0% interest is available for eligible works, subject to status. Finance is arranged subject to status and eligibility, and we will talk through options when we call you back with your quote.
Your responsibilities
When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate information about your property, energy use and contact details. You agree to be contacted by us and our MCS-certified partner installers about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by calling us on 0141 230 0198.
Limitation of liability
Solar Panels Moray arranges installations through third-party MCS-certified partners. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of our partner installers. Any installation is subject to a separate contract between you and the partner installer. We do not guarantee specific energy savings or generation figures — these depend on your property, roof, orientation and energy use.
